Yoga - Boot Camp Style!

Rigorous toning using the breath and movement in a flow series. Increase strength, flexibility and endurance while burning 450 calories per hour! Tuesday focus is strength and breaking down yoga poses. Resistance bands are incorporated for a maximum workout. Thursday focus is pure Astanga yoga, flowing from pose to pose.

Next session begins 03/09/10, cost $40.00 for 8 weeks. Rates can be pro-rated. Drop in fees available. Class meets twice a week, Tues. & Thurs., 5:30 - 6:45 at Epworth United Methodist Church on Center Street. Should have some knowledge of yoga and be ready to sweat.
