Yoga - Boot Camp Style!

Rigorous toning using the breath and movement in a flow series. Increase strength, flexibility and endurance while burning 450 calories per hour! Astanga Yoga is the base of the practice. Resistance and other moves are also incorporated into the class for a maximum workout. Not your typical yoga class.

Next session begins 05/11/10, cost $40.00 for 8 weeks. Rates can be pro-rated. Drop in fees available. Class meets twice a week, Tues. & Thurs., 5:30 - 6:45 at Epworth United Methodist Church on Center Street. Should have some knowledge of yoga and be ready to sweat.
