Carol Nelson, Steve and Marleen Renick share their knowledge and expertise in the mediative movements of Tai Chi.

QiGong and Tai Chi are both ancient Chinese arts that help develop strength, flexibility and balance. There are real martial art applications and QiGong and Tai Chi are widely practiced for health and wellness. Anyone can enjoy Tai Chi, regardless of physical condition. QiGong is practiced in a stationary mode while Tai Chi flows through movement of the feet and arms.

Classes on Tuesday and Thursday are currently held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church (by the Hospital). Class schedule is as follows: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. QiGong & Tai Chi (in the fellowship hall). Saturday's classes are 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. in the gym of the Recreation Center, behind City Hall.
